The main goal of our training programs in inistitutions of higher learning is to enhance employability of fresh graduates by supplementing and complementing the knowledge that they have imbibed in college with real-world scenarios. The training covers a pragmatic blend of technical and soft skills. The components of the training program have been carefully designed in consultation with experts in the IT sector.

We use a variety of training methods based upon the clients' needs. We conduct corporate training at the clients' premises or, upon request, at our facilities in Chennai. We adapt our curricula and teaching styles to the audience and to the requirements and purposes for which the training is being solicited. All sessions involve hands-on exercises and practical scenarios so that the most effective bundle of learning is disseminated.
